Privacy Policy
Oversite Plans ("the Service") is a project-management platform for finish contractors, operated by Oversite Technologies ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Name, username, email address, phone number, company, and role — provided when an account is requested or created for you.
- Project content. Drawings, schedules, work-order data, delivery dates, daily reports, and related files connected to the Service by your company. This content belongs to your company; we process it only to provide the Service.
- Usage information. Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages accessed, used to operate and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: displaying drawings, delivery schedules, and project information to authorized users on your team.
- To manage accounts, roles, and permissions.
- To respond to access requests and support inquiries.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share project content with anyone outside your company, except service providers needed to host and operate the Service.
- We do not modify your company's source files. Where the Service connects to company file storage (such as Egnyte, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box), access is read-only.
Data storage and security
The Service is hosted on established cloud infrastructure. Access to project content is restricted to authenticated users with roles assigned by your company's administrator. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes, never in plain text.
Data retention
Account information is kept while your account is active. Project content is kept while your company uses the Service and is removed on request when a project or account is closed.
Your choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- Company administrators control user accounts and project data for their organization.
Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
